Oh ya.. I forgot to share something abt my practical today.. I ACTUALLY DISSECTED A MOUSE!!! I could see all the internal organs like spleen, lungs, heart, liver, lymph nodes and so on.. Its so sadistic.. argh.. But thats my practical la.. cant help it.. Will upload the pictures soon.. Pictures speak a thousand words..

poor mouse...did u sew it up and give it a lot a lot of pain killer to ease the pain? or did u dump it in the bin???????????????
sigh...can u believe i have never dissected any animal? not even a frog or a cockcroach...hehe i m very proud about this clean record
Aiyo.. wont post the internal organs on la.. just the process of dissecting it.. U know the before and after.. before all intact lying there motionless..after.. oh thats gross.. in fact its the second time I dissected a mouse.. n by the way I cannot sew it up cos.. basically the organs were in a mess and the mouse was dead to begin with.. However I m not guilty of killing it.. cos it was done both intravenously n subcutaneously by our demostrator..KEY POINT TO NOTE: WHEN I GOT IT..IT IS ALREADY DEAD.. N i have to dissect it.. otherwise that would be zero for that prac.. but in that process.. I took a lot of pictures.. u will see them real soon.. oh ya..forgot to mention ..my lab partner was amanda.. haha.. our sweet little gal..who dissected the mouse with me!!!!
